How credits work, what each plan includes, how unused plan credits roll over, and why credit packs never expire.

Everything on Vidova is paid for with credits. Each tool shows the exact cost before you start, and you only pay for what you run.

Yearly plans are billed once a year but still receive their credits every month.
Rollover policy
- Plan credits roll over for one extra month. At each monthly renewal, unused plan credits carry over — capped at one month's allotment. For example, on Creator you can hold at most 4,000 plan credits right after a renewal (2,000 carried + 2,000 new).
- Anything above the cap expires at the renewal, and we show it in your usage history.
- Signup, refund and upgrade credits count as plan credits.
- We always spend plan credits first, so your pack credits last as long as possible.
Credit packs never expire
Need a top-up without changing plan? Buy a pack on Plans & billing: 500, 1,500, 5,000 or 15,000 credits. Pack credits never expire and are never capped — they stay in your account until you use them, even if you cancel your plan.
Earn credits
Invite friends from Referrals. Your friend gets +50 credits when they verify their email, and you get +500 credits once their first payment is 14 days old.
Running low? We'll email you once per billing cycle when your balance drops under 10% of your plan (you can turn this off in email settings).
