Review links & approvals

Reviews let clients and teammates leave feedback directly on your video.

Create a review link

1. From an export or a generation, choose Request review.
2. Choose who can open it: your workspace only, or anyone with the link. Optionally add a password, allow guest comments, and set an expiry (1, 7, 30 or 90 days).
3. Share the link.

Feedback

Reviewers leave time-coded comments and can draw a rectangle on the frame to point at something. Resolve comments as you address them.

Approvals and versions

Reviewers can approve or request changes. Upload a new version to the same link and everyone sees the latest cut, with the history kept.

Notifications

You'll see new activity in the sidebar badge, and we bundle comments into one email — you can turn review emails off in email settings.
