Email notifications
Which emails Vidova sends, how to turn each category on or off, and how to unsubscribe in one click.

You control which emails we send from Settings → Email.
Categories

| Credit alerts | Low balance (once per billing cycle) and monthly credit renewals | On |

| Review activity | Comments and approvals on your review links, bundled | On |

| Weekly digest | Top Explore picks and new features | Off |
"Video ready" emails
We only email about jobs that take a couple of minutes or more, and only when you don't have Vidova open. Several jobs finishing together arrive as one email.
Unsubscribing
Every email has an Unsubscribe link in the footer, and most mail apps show a one-click unsubscribe button too. It turns off just that category.
Always sent
Security and account essentials — email verification, password resets and failed payments — are always sent.
