Content policy

We want Vidova to be a creative, safe place. By using Vidova you agree to our Terms. In short:

Not allowed

• Sexual content involving minors, or sexual content of real people without their consent.
• Impersonation or deceptive deepfakes, including cloning someone's voice or likeness without permission.
• Violence, terrorism, self-harm promotion, hate, harassment or doxxing.
• Election misinformation, fraud, scams, malware or weapons instructions.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Trying to get around safety filters, rate limits, credit metering or watermarks.

Voice cloning

Only clone your own voice, or a voice you have written permission to use. Cloning public figures isn't allowed.

Enforcement

We use automated filters and human review. Requests blocked by a safety filter because of the prompt or uploads aren't refunded. We may remove content, restrict features or close accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.

Reporting

Use Report on any Explore post (spam, NSFW, copyright, harmful or other). Copyright notices can be sent to legal@vidova.ai.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for what you create and publish. Paid plans include a commercial license for your outputs; the Free plan is for personal use.
